The creature fell out on its legs and knees and slowly got up, still buzzing from the electric current that charged through it when the hammer hit. It took a few bits of glass from its legs out and threw them to the ground and got up and stared at us both. 'we are not to be taken, we are not to be shaken, we are not to be made a giant lantern' i heard in my head. It then went to grab something from its back, a piece of a scale from its body and handed it to me. I looked at the triangular piece of what looked like dinasaur armour and it started to glow and charge like light and golden fire. "Why do u give me this?" i asked...and it went to speak with a slither of a voice "This is the thing u need to have, examine and make part of your body, and if u do so, u will become like us somewhat and we will serve u as it is better then being made into a lamp to light your room" and it looked at the rest of its crew stuck in the vials and went over to one of them and began what looked like a telepathic communion of some kind. I took the triangular scale to the end of the room and put it in a giant examination plate that showed the composition of materials and their uses on a screen onto of it. The screen was made of ice and smoke, the kind that also merged with your mind and operated by mind, voice and also touch. After less then an hour i had a dna particle isolated in a small drinkable vial with some safe acids and put it through the electric current machine that made things merge with your body, dna and kinetic electric body aswell. I looked at the lizard whom to myself i'd already named 'shandles' and said "here we go, lets hope i dont end up a light in someones room"..and Shandles said "no, but u might start to transform some of your bodypart to turn more scaley and be able to handle the currents that run through the desert and sun". I also called in the rest of the team and gave them a vial and we all drunk our share. I went to a room next to the tanks and found a big table overlooking a screen, so i sat down and put the screen on which was the entire long wall and put an image of the fighting arena on while i sat and what felt like a mutation inside that was happening to me...so i waited. I called in the light lizzard and told him to sit.."i will release you and your team, as long as you follow me and lead me to your part of the desert and be my envoy for your kind and that area of this world safely" and he looked at me and said "speaking for our kind is not very respected, after you go through the change, you will be able to speak to me with just a gaze, say the same thing to me then, it will have more effect" so we sat there and watched some fights...
