When I went back to the planet, I visited a city centre that had 2 distincts districs one on the left with a glowing sign saying learning, and one the right saying building...i asumed that learning was where they did the research, so i went to the research area and visited a main area on a bowl shaped building that overlooked the main nice area of a very futuristic white city. I spoke with a staffed and robed scribe guard and he told me "in this city there are two approaches, one we can influence from above and motivate people that they recieve our knowledge and gifts and bless them with great feelings and vision and even technology or two. we can make ignorant the mind, submit and subdue, cause terror and failure of both mind and body, disable parts of the brain and punish with a kinetic and mental lash that can do damage over time. Here you can sit and scribe what you want done and the amplification experts can project it downwards or you can go into the lower areas and deal more with an underground magnetic punishing group of hammerbind grasping mercs." Our team was with me and i disided and spoke to them all telepathically as our systems were becoming quite lizardarious in their make up 'well, we have tried influencing but as we know, those are for the few and far. I think we need to go and see the kind of law enforcement that they lash out here' i thought and i hear ' yeh...yes...lets go..sounds good' from the rest of the team. We went to the lower parts of the city and as we went underneath we could see a very visual map on the roof of the energy of the society people walking around, moving and some staying still or rolling around, which were the animals..and there were a masked black robed group of men wearing a glove over both their hands and forearms, which they used to connect with the population and do various things, from control to subduing to punishing and even if nessesary to exstinguish the electrical current and bring it down into a box like container to end the existence of the person above. I asked "where are the woman here?" and one of the graspers pointed to another room, so i went there to see what they did. As i approached the room further down and down a shaft like walkway, it opened up to a very gasious botanical room, full of what seemed like blue and red and other colored almost smoking poisonous plants and small mushrooms and other nasty plants that these transperant veiled woman covered in a transparent dress from head to toe were turning into a captured gas and then liquid and then merging it with a metal, which after that was turned into a sand and used as a charging fuel for the arm weapons that the more enforcement grasping mercs were using next door. I recognised once of the mushrooms so i took one and ate it...after a big burst of what was a very energetic wave of blue waves in my vision i could see that the weapons on my arms were buzzing with some sort of current not usually there. So, i asked one of the woman "can u adjust my weapon here so as to be able to use it to punishing purposes?" .."i should be able to, if u stop eating our mushrooms, or u can instead go and fetch some more" and gave me a dosile side stare grin. I took off my arm band and left it with her "i'll pick this up late" and i walked back and watch the punishments being done for a while and learned the techniques. In the meantime, i pulled out a small group of smaller mushrooms i stole on the way out and started chewing on them for a while...
